All Parish Councils are required to adopt a Publication Scheme, approved by the Information Commissioner, as a condition of the Freedom of Information Act 2000.
Great Maplestead Parish Council first adopted its model Publication Scheme in November 2014. It was re-adopted in May 2024.
It sets out the types of information that the Council can make available as a matter of normal business routine and the document can be viewed or downloaded here. Much of the information is already available to the public on this website.
Any information not on the website can be supplied, either electronically or in hard copy, upon request to the Clerk.
The Schedule of Charges for information supplied in hard copy is shown on Page 7 of the document.
