Great Maplestead Parish Council has 7 members, who each represent the whole parish.

The Council currently meets six times a year; members of the public are always welcome to attend these meetings and, during the Public Forum item on each agenda, may put questions to Councillors under the Ten-Minute rule.

Meeting dates, Agendas and Minutes of Council meetings can be found here; more information on the roles and responsibilities of the Parish Clerk and the Councillors can be found here.
